Call Lists
Sometimes it becomes necessary to update the information our monitoring station(s) use when responding to an alarm at your premise. The most common changes are usually in the list of friends, relatives or employees who are notified after the authorities are dispatched on an alarm at your home or business.If you need to update your list, please provide Detect Security Systems with the following information: name, phone number, password, and whether the person is a keyholder.
This information will not be shared with other parties, and is only required to verify that you have administrative access to the alarm system.
